• Further development and implementation of the national and international sales and growth strategy
• Continuous optimization of target achievement with regard to performance, customer satisfaction and the growth of the company

• Completed technical or business management studies
• Solid experience in international technical sales in a leading position
• Ideally proven success in project sales
• Knowledge of budgeting and planning processes
• Several years of professional experience as a manager as well as experience in leading executives as a technical mentor
• Good (B2) German and very good English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Moderate willingness to travel (occasional journeys to team meetings)
