Key Account Manager

We are looking for motivated staff to join our teams in Dubai, UAE or Remote.

Scope:

  • You are responsible for monitoring the key accounts assigned to you and, as an interface to the other departments, ensure the perfect interaction of all relevant resources
  • You identify market potentials, inspire new customers in webinars/on-site and win new key accounts
  • You are responsible for relationship management - thanks to your communicative and engaging personality, you identify customer needs and visions and recognize potentials, which you then incorporate into the day-to-day business operations
  • As a constant companion of our customers, you ensure that the “education level” is always up to date at the decision-maker level and thus ensure that OneTrack is always present in the minds of the decision-makers.
  • You accompany our customers, build up an intensive customer relationship and thus manage to anticipate potential as well as risks, prepare measures and define solution proposals
  • Furthermore, you identify up- and cross-selling potentials and use them profitably.

Compensation:

65.000€ p.a.

Job requirements:

  • Experience in the field of key account management, especially relationship management, ideally in the HR environment.
  • Affinity regarding digital business models is a welcome advantage
  • You bring a high level of professional and social competence and the ability to present/position yourself confidently and empathically at all management levels (C-Level)You bring along a high willingness to travel in order to ensure long-term and intensive customer loyalty
  • independent and structured way of working
  • Good (B2) German and very good English skills
  • Moderate willingness to travel (occasional journeys to team meetings)
